Celebrate the New Year with us in the popular seaside resort of Blackpool, with its, iconic tower, famous Golden Mile and dazzling illuminations display. We enjoy a special Hogmanay dinner at our hotel and discover the bustling city of Liverpool on New Year’s Day.

Coach Itinerary

30^th December

After joining the coach, we make our way to our hotel and check in.

New Year’s Eve – Optional excursion to Southport (£9pp)

We head to the traditional Victorian seaside town of Southport on our optional excursion. Known as England’s Classic Resort, it is home to the country’s second longest and oldest pier, and has miles of golden sands perfect for a refreshing stroll. Later, we enjoy our New Year celebrations at the hotel, including a special Hogmanay buffet dinner.

New Year’s Day – Liverpool & Blackpool Illuminations Drive

Our New Year begins with a trip to Liverpool, where we enjoy time at leisure. Once an industrial powerhouse, Liverpool is thriving again today – with a glorious maritime history, rejuvenated dockside and a bustling city centre. Later we enjoy an evening drive to see the famous Blackpool Illuminations. This dazzling spectacle is one of the biggest light shows in the world! Upon our return to the hotel we enjoy the Chef’s buffet.

2^nd January

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and head for home.

Grand Hotel

Formerly the Blackpool Hilton Hotel, the Grand Hotel is located on Blackpool’s North Shore. All the modern rooms have flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities plus free Wi-Fi. The hotel also features the Promenade Restaurant and Lounge Bar and a health club with indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym (small charge applies). Meals may be buffet style.
