Description
Come and see the Tower of London as you’ve never seen it before! Erupting into a kaleidoscope of colour from June to September, the lovely display in the historic moat is specially designed to attract pollinators and was started in 2022 to celebrate Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee. Now, the moat that once defended the iconic fortress has undergone a permanent transformation into a vibrant, biodiverse landscape in the heart of London. With entrance to the fascinating tower included plus free time in the capital to explore or shop as you please, this getaway deserves a spot on your summer to-do list!
Itinerary
Day 1
From a morning pickup in your local area, we travel by coach to London for some sightseeing. From plenty of shopping opportunities on Oxford Street and in Covent Garden to discovering the city’s iconic sights, there’s plenty to do. Later, we continue to the hotel for our relaxing overnight stay.
Day 2
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and make our way back into central London for the spectacular Moat in Bloom display at the iconic Tower of London. Our visit also includes admission into the ancient fortress itself, so there’s plenty to explore. Later, we rejoin the coach mid-afternoon for our journey home.

JG3
Hotels with a JG3 rating tend to be a more formal style of hotel, often part of a hotel chain, or are very-welcoming family-owned properties. Generally, they offer a greater range of facilities and services, and bedrooms tend to be a little more spacious with additional features. Public areas are larger and include lounge seating, bar and restaurant with good quality food served either buffet style or waiter service.
