Description
Two spectacular days away combining the fantastic attractions of London with the sensational, award-winning production of Roald Dahl’s much-loved story, Matilda. The delightful tale of the special little girl with an extraordinary imagination, a wonderful teacher, terrible parents and the worst school headmistress imaginable!
Winner of no less than 90 international awards and brought to the stage by the Royal Shakespeare Company, don’t miss out on seeing Matilda The Musical at the Cambridge Theatre in London’s dazzling West End.
Itinerary
Day 1: Travel by coach from your local pickup point to London’s glittering West End for this afternoon’s matinee theatre performance. Afterwards, the coach takes us to our hotel, where we enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Following breakfast at the hotel, we make our way back into central London for some time at leisure. Spend the day exactly as you please, whether you fancy discovering the famous landmarks, strolling through the royal parks, indulging in some retail therapy or watching the street performers in Covent Garden, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We also offer the opportunity to join one of three optional excursions: visit the Tower of London (£30pp), come along for an open-top bus tour (£30pp) or indulge in a River Thames lunch cruise (£49pp). In the mid-afternoon we re-join the coach for our journey home.

Helpful info
Please note: we use central coach drop-off points for our London tours, so these breaks may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. You will be required to walk for around 15 to 20 minutes to reach your theatre and/or attraction.Regrettably we cannot be held responsible for cast changes or the non-appearance of a particular actor/actress and no refunds will be given in this event.
Whilst we always try to ensure that parties are seated in the theatre together, very occasionally, due to the ticket allocations we receive, it may be necessary for parties to be split. We always ensure that couples are seated together. Back to top
