Description

Travel in deluxe style on this holiday aboard a JG Explorer coach!  

This exciting break offers the best of both worlds. Tick off the world-famous landmarks of London, from Big Ben and Tower Bridge to Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace, before we enjoy a trip to the seaside resort of Brighton with its lovely beach and traditional amusements. Our wonderful day out is completed with the Brighton i360, one of the world’s most impressive moving observation towers. From our base on the water’s edge in Canary Wharf, we also explore Greenwich, renowned for its maritime history.

Central London (full day)

There’s plenty of time to explore the sights of London at your leisure, from a trip on the London Eye to a spot of shopping on Oxford Street or a stroll through Hyde Park. Or why not cruise along the River Thames, hopping on and off the boat as you please? It’s the perfect way to travel around the city and soak up London’s iconic skyline from a different perspective.

Brighton & i360 (full day)

We head to Brighton with its iconic tourist attractions such as the Royal Pavilion, renowned for its exotic oriental architecture. Enjoy a stroll along the famous promenade or head to the ‘Lanes’ area, which is crammed with interesting boutiques, before we trip on Brighton’s i360, the world’s tallest moving observation tower. As you walk round the 450ft high giant glass pod, take in the spectacular vistas over Brighton, the South Downs and the South Coast, with views on clear days stretching to the Isle of Wight.

Greenwich (full day)

The delights of Greenwich await on our included excursion. Known as the home to Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum, the Old Royal Naval College and the Royal Observatory (the site of the Greenwich meridian line), there is so much to explore here. Afterwards we head further into London for some extra time to explore at leisure.

JG Explorer Coaches 

We are pleased to introduce JG Explorer – a brand-new deluxe coach, thoughtfully designed to provide an elevated coach experience and ensure your journey is special and memorable.

Exclusive to the JG Travel Group, the design of these coaches has been meticulously thought through with your comfort in mind – with only 44 seats meaning more room on board and padded seats. There’s improved legroom and a footrest, making certain that wherever you sit, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy your journey. We know it’s the small things that make a big difference in terms of ease and added convenience, so our Explorer coaches feature a floor-level, rear-mounted toilet, accessible to all customers.

On-board entertainment throughout your journey is easy to find on the JG Explorer, with access to Azimut, our wireless media system, providing films and quizzes. Simply bring along your smartphone or iPad and enjoy this entertainment interruption-free, with the use of our extra reliable Wi-Fi, free to all passengers and a handy USB port at each seat.

The layout of the JG Explorer includes a floor-level, rear-mounted kitchen with a sink, an espresso machine to purchase delicious Nespresso coffee, dispensed by your driver during comfort breaks, and a fridge stocked with cold drinks and milk. Customers are welcome to help themselves to complimentary JG bottles, that can be used for refill at the built-in cold-water filter, cutting down on the need for disposable plastic bottles and doing our part for the environment.

Boasting a wonderful location on the water's edge in Canary Wharf, the modern International Hotel features panoramic views of London’s iconic skyline and offers en-suite bedrooms with TV and tea and coffee-making facilities, plus a restaurant and waterside bar. All meals are buffet style.
