Vibrant, leafy and historic, Liverpool has lots to offer. A metropolitan hive of culture, particularly music, due to its association with iconic bands throughout the years, the city is home to an array of interactive museums, such as the British Music Experience. Liverpool is steeped in history and has several impressive buildings, including St George’s Hall, often used by author Charles Dickens as a venue for public readings. If shopping is on the agenda, the variety won’t disappoint, from quirky independent shops selling unique gifts to well-known high street retailers and stylish centres.

Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool, England JG2

The historic Adelphi Hotel is one of Liverpool’s best-loved landmarks in the heart of the city. The hotel has many original period features, including chandeliers and marble halls. Facilities include two bars and a restaurant. All meals are buffet style.

Hotel Rating

Hotels with a JG2 rating are a mixture of larger hotels and privately owned properties. Décor and furnishings may be simple but are clean and well maintained. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, TV and may have tea/coffee making facilities. Food may be buffet style in some of the larger hotels. Services may be limited but efficient.
