Explore Edinburgh and Glasgow in all their wintery glory and see the historic streets adorned with twinkling lights and overflowing with festive cheer and good will to all. Enjoy time at leisure to sightsee, shop, and soak up the magical atmosphere at this very special time of year.

Coach Itinerary

Day 1

From a morning pickup in your local area, we travel by coach to our hotel, stopping en-route in Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh for our first visit to this stunning city. Later we check in to our hotel where we enjoy dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2

After breakfast, we head to Glasgow for a full day of adventure, sightseeing and shopping. The lively and modern city of Glasgow is the largest in Scotland, boasting a wealth of art, culture and the best shopping outside of London, with everything to offer from high street stores and designer labels to speciality outlets, for the more unique items.

Day 3

En route home, we travel to Edinburgh for a second opportunity to explore its cobbled streets and fascinating shops. Later this afternoon we rejoin the coach for our journey home.

Situated on the banks of the Water of Leith in the West End of Edinburgh, the Britannia Hotel offers an ideal base from which to explore the city’s many attractions. All meals are buffet style.
