Excursions
FULL DAY: A scenic delight today as we enjoy a circular tour of Exmoor National Park. First to the unspoilt medieval village of Dunster, dominated by its romantic castle, and continue along the spectacular coast road to the lovely twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, linked by a cliff railway.
FULL DAY: Within an hour we’re in the lovely county of Wiltshire for a special visit to Longleat where a Day Passport Ticket is included, enabling you to take in all the attractions. Longleat House, the 16th century stately home has sumptuously furnished rooms, with some magnificent tapestries, whilst the extensive grounds were landscaped by ‘Capability’ Brown in the 18th century. But there is much more to enjoy, including a renowned safari park, mazes, butterfly garden, a narrow gauge railway plus gift and craft shops.
FREE DAY: A free day to explore Weston-super-Mare at leisure. Perhaps visit the modern pier or simply sit back and enjoy the expansive views across Weston Bay.
