Your ItineraryFULL DAY: Monschau & Hillside viewpoint - Germany
Today we head into Germany and to the Eifel Mountains where we make our way to the picture-postcard town of Monschau, characterised by its half-timbered buildings in a steep-sided valley, overlooked by a medieval castle. On our return we pause at the hillside viewpoint overlooking the three countries, where Belgium, Germany and Holland meet.
FULL DAY: Keukenhof Gardens - Holland
An early start this morning as we head north to the world famous Keukenhof Gardens, the showpiece of bulbfield time in Holland. This historic parkland is brimming with flowering tulips, hyacinths, and daffodils as well as unique flower shows in the pavilions. It’s a truly memorable place and there is plenty of time to explore the gardens before returning for a late dinner.
HALF DAY: Limburg - Holland
A half day excursion to delightful Maastricht, ‘capital’ of Limburg and one of the oldest cities in Holland.
