The Turkey and Tinsel break stays in the New Ocean Hotel, situated opposite Weston's Marin Lake a short walk to the Grand Pier (one of the best piers in Europe), attractive parks and gardens, an excellent shopping centre, and an unspoiled coastline and countryside.

Full Day: Bath
To the historic Roman city of Bath. The city centre is compact and walkable, and here you will find the old Roman Baths, an historic Abbey, beautiful Georgian terraces in the famous honey-coloured stone and far too many tempting shops. Our early-December holiday visits whilst the Bath Christmas Market is running, you can discover all the beautiful stalls selling trinkets, get great food, and get into the Christmas spirit.
Half Day: Wells
This half day trip to Medieval Wells with its historic centre, the magnificent cathedral, and the unique moated Bishop's Palace is our smallest cathedral city which has been almost perfectly preserved.
Half Day: Bristol Harbourside
Once a busy dock where sailors and merchants would trade goods and set sail for voyages of discovery, Bristol's Harbourside is now an attractive area to spend time shopping, eating or exploring Millennium Square.

Turkey & Tinsel Programme
MONDAY: It’s Christmas Eve – From local departure points relax, get to know your fellow holidaymakers, and enjoy the comfortable coach journey to the venue of your choice. Before dinner you are invited to a welcome reception with your hosts and, after dinner, relax in the bar or lounge and enjoy a drink with your new-found friends.
TUESDAY: It’s Christmas Day – Start this ‘Christmas’ day with a leisurely breakfast then sit back and enjoy a full day excursion before returning for one of the highlights of the week... a full ‘Christmas’ dinner with all the festive trimmings and a visit from Santa! After dinner enjoy a night of festive entertainment.
WEDNESDAY: It’s Boxing Day – After breakfast, board your coach for a full day sightseeing excursion before returning to the hotel. In the evening look forward to a Boxing Day dinner followed by festive entertainment.
THURSDAY: It’s New Year’s Eve – After breakfast, board your coach for a leisurely half day sightseeing excursion before returning to the hotel. In the evening look forward to a special New Year’s Eve dinner followed by entertainment to see in the ‘New Year’!
FRIDAY: Fond Farewells – After breakfast it’s time to make our way home.

Pick-Up Information
We have introduced improvements to our network of local pick up points across eastern, central and southern England, aimed at shortening your journey times and getting you away on holiday more easily and conveniently, meaning an altogether more relaxing start. We now have two pick up regions so your travel days will be more convenient, providing more efficient journeys, meeting your tour manager and fellow travellers earlier and in most cases arriving in resort earlier.
The Tour Ref on the holiday tab indicates whether the tour departs from Area A or Area B by having either an A or B at the end. For example, GUK5A would be a tour departing from Area A.
Traveling from Departure Area A: Our new and improved network means for all UK and Ireland holidays you join your tour coach at our interchange area at Northampton Services on the M1, at junction 15A.
Travelling from Departure Area B: Our new and improved network means for all UK and Ireland holidays you join your tour coach at our interchange area at Beaconsfield Services on the M40, at junction 2.
