HALF DAY: Clacton-on-Sea
Known commonly as just Clacton, this bustling seaside resort is also home to the largest town on the Essex Sunshine Coast. Enjoy your half day excursion exploring the vibrant pier, reliving your youth playing classic seaside amusements whilst surrounded by breathtaking sea views. Perhaps take a stroll along the promenade, enjoy fish and chips, and cap off your day with a visit to the Clacton Pavilion.
HALF DAY: Constable Country
There are few places in Britain more picturesque than Constable Country in Suffolk. Discover Constable Country in Suffolk with a half-day immersed in the scenic beauty that inspired John Constable's masterpieces. Explore Flatford Mill, stroll along the River Stour, and visit Dedham for charming tea rooms and art galleries, capturing the essence of this picturesque landscape. Plus Lavenham, Long Melford ( home to TV series Lovejoy), and East Bergholt.

We have introduced improvements to our network of local pick up points across eastern, central and southern England, aimed at shortening your journey times and getting you away on holiday more easily and conveniently, meaning an altogether more relaxing start. We now have two pick up regions so your travel days will be more convenient, providing more efficient journeys, meeting your tour manager and fellow travellers earlier and in most cases arriving in resort earlier.
The Tour Ref on the holiday tab indicates whether the tour departs from Area A or Area B by having either an A or B at the end. For example, GUK5A would be a tour departing from Area A.
Traveling from Departure Area A: Our new and improved network means for all UK and Ireland holidays you join your tour coach at our interchange area at Northampton Services on the M1, at junction 15A.
Travelling from Departure Area B: Our new and improved network means for all UK and Ireland holidays you join your tour coach at our interchange area at Beaconsfield Services on the M40, at junction 2.
