This magnificent hotel, deep in the heart of the Northumbrian countryside offers a multitude of facilities, two championship golf courses and indoor pool and spa. Away from the hotel we visit the award-winning Beamish, Living Museum of the North, together with a tour exploring the Northumberland coast and country, and to Hexham.

FULL DAY: Northumberland Coast & Holy IslandWe make our way to Holy Island (subject to tidal conditions), known locally as Lindisfarne, famed for being the birthplace of English Christianity. We return via the stunning Northumbria coastal route.
HALF DAY: Hexham
This morning we make our way to Hexham with its stately Abbey and Roman influences.
FULL DAY: Beamish, the Living Museum of the North
Today’s full day visit to Beamish Open Air Museum is a truly unforgettable experience. Ride on the trams, visit the shops, and walk into houses - all faithfully re-creating life at the turn of the century.
