FULL DAY: The Dartington Crystal
This morning we make our way to RHS Rosemoor, the Royal Horticultural Society’s most westerly garden blending formal and informal plantings to produce a dazzling display of gardens, orchards and trails, developed naturally over time as well as more recent RHS-designed additions. This afternoon we visit the Dartington Crystal Visitor Centre with its audio-visual theatre to explore the glass making process and live demonstrations.

HALF DAY: Barnstaple and the Pannier Market
Today’s excursion heads for the ancient market town of Barnstaple, where there is time to shop in the historic Pannier Market for Devon specialities such as clotted cream and lace.

HALF DAY: Bideford
This morning to the historic port of Bideford, across the bridge that spans the River Torridge, to the busy quay where there is time to explore this charming town.
