There are two piers, two thousand acres of parks and gardens, seven miles of clean golden beaches, traffic free shopping areas, regular military band concerts, star-studded evening entertainment and, of course, the beautiful Dorset coast and countryside is close by too.

Excursions
FULL DAY: This marvellous full day excursion heads off via the back roads and lanes of the New Forest, with its famous ponies and elusive deer, to Salisbury, famous for its magnificent Gothic Cathedral and tallest spire in England, the grid-like streets, with their black and white half-timbered houses, are a joy to explore.
FULL DAY: An full day excursion along the Dorset Coast to the popular seaside resort of Weymouth with its lovely sandy beach, miles of level promenade and colourful working harbour. We also head inland to visit the handsome county town of Dorchester - famous for being portrayed as ‘Casterbridge’ in Thomas Hardy’s novels.

For we have introduced improvements to our network of local pick up points across eastern, central and southern England, aimed at shortening your journey times and getting you away on holiday more easily and conveniently, meaning an altogether more relaxing start. We now have two pick up regions so your travel days will be more convenient, providing more efficient journeys, meeting your tour manager and fellow travellers earlier and in most cases arriving in resort earlier, please refer to our Pick-ups section below for more details.
The Tour Ref below indicates whether the tour departs from Area A or Area B by having either an A or B at the end. For example, GUK5A would be a tour departing from Area A.

Traveling from Departure Area A: Our new and improved network means for all UK and Ireland holidays you join your tour coach at our interchange area at Northampton Services on the M1, at junction 15A.
Travelling from Departure Area B: Our new and improved network means for all UK and Ireland holidays you join your tour coach at our interchange area at Beaconsfield Services on the M40, at junction 2.
