7 Day Coach Holiday
You’ll be staying in Oberharmersbach in the Black Forest. Discover the beautiful mountains of Vosges, that frame the vineyards of the Alsace region. We visit Mont Sainte-Odile, a 764-metre-high peak with an ancient monastery at its top. We also explore the Alsatian wine villages and travel the touristy Route des Cretes. Our final treat is a guided tour of Strasbourg, including a sail on the River Ill.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.

Your Excursions
Day One. We head for our overnight ferry to the continent, enjoying dinner, entertainment and breakfast on board.Day Two. We continue to our hotel in Oberharmersbach for our four night stay , arriving late afternoon.
Day Three. We venture into the Vosges on a guided tour taking in Mont Sainte-Odile. From here, our tour takes us along the Alsatian wine route.
Day Four. Our guided tour takes in the Vosges Route des Cretes (route of the ridges) feasting our eyes on mountain passes, glassy lakes and forests of pines. This breathtaking tourist magnet takes us through the Munster Valley to the Col de Lagorge pass then along the ridge road to the Great Belchen – the highest mountain in the Vosges.
Day Five. A guided tour of Strasbourg, one of the most picturesque cities in the world with its tiny alleys and grand squares. Our day in Strasbourg includes a boat trip – a fantastic way to view the ‘Petite France’ district.
Day Six. We head to our overnight ferry back to the UK enjoying dinner, entertainment, and breakfast on board.
Day Seven. We make our way home after enjoying a wonderful time.
Overnight Ferry to Continent
Your holiday moves up a gear when you board your overnight ferry for your sailing to the continent. Drop your overnight bag in your cabin then explore the ship or unwind with an aperitif in one of the bars.
On Board Dining
All GLENTON continental holidays include dinner and breakfast onboard. Head to buffet restaurant where your waiter will show you to your table and take your order if you wish to purchase any drinks. Then you’re free to help yourself from the wide selection of tasty dishes from around the world. At breakfast, choose from continental or a fully cooked menu. Alternatively if you fancy treating yourself, why not upgrade to the à la carte restaurant and enjoy fine dining with full waiter service?
Entertainment
Make your way to the show lounge and enjoy live entertainment throughout the evening – or take your place on the dance floor for a wee boogie! Perhaps you’d like to catch a blockbuster movie at the cinema or try your luck at the casino.
Cabins
Your GLENTON continental holiday includes an air conditioned inside en suite cabin with bunk beds. However, you can upgrade to a cabin with level beds and/or sea view for a small supplement. Please ask your holiday advisor when booking.
