St Patrick’s Day in Galway is a fun fusion of locals and visitors, bustling pubs and live music. The city springs to life with themed parades and costumed bands creating a riot of colour throughout the heart of this metropolis. Our base is Ennis, a characterful and compact town in County Clare with a rich history. It was built around a Franciscan friary in the thirteenth century and features narrow lanes, quaint bridges spanning the River Fergus, and a museum housed in a former convent.
