5 Day Select GOOD COMPANIONS Holiday
Day One. Enjoy a drink with mince pies on arrival. Settle into your room at the plush Waterfront Hotel then join your host and fellow GOOD COMPANIONS for a welcome drink. After dinner, the first of three nights of ‘cruise’ themed entertainment kicks off taking you on a virtual sail with live music, cabaret and dancing as well as quizzes, bingo and a competition for the best dressed in line with the ‘destination’ of the night, and for the best Christmas jumper. Caribbean themed musical entertainment tonight, so perhaps you’ll be dancing the salsa!
Christmas Eve. After breakfast, we head to Liverpool for a guided tour where attractions include Albert Dock, Mersey Ferries, The Beatles landmarks and two historic cathedrals. Afterwards, free time to continue exploring. Dinner, followed by entertainment. Tonight’s hotspot is Germany – don your lederhosen and look forward to swaying and dancing at a Bavarian style party!
Christmas Day. Breakfast. Carol singing with your ‘Cruise Director’. Traditional Christmas lunch followed by the King’s Speech. Evening buffet, follwed by entertainment. The ‘Best of British’ is the theme so enjoy entertainment from a top cabaret artiste.
Boxing Day. Breakfast. Free time to explore Southport with its sandy beach, Grade II listed pleasure pier, seafront marine lake, and stylish Lord Street – a Victorian canopied boulevard flanked by pretty parks. Back at our hotel we enjoy our farewell dinner then Las Vegas style cabaret with music, dancing and a fun casino!
Day Five. Breakfast, then we’re homeward bound, after our festive fun!
