Staying at the four star Stratford Manor Hotel which stands in landscaped parkland just three miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. Outstanding facilities include a chic lounge bar and a modern spa and leisure club. Top notch sightseeing takes in a guided tour of the Northern Cotswolds, an area of outstanding beauty with picture postcard villages. On another day, we head to Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy a scenic cruise on the River Avon, with light-hearted commentary and well-known classical music. Afterwards, free time to perhaps view the town’s Shakespeare attractions and half-timbered Tudor buildings. Our final gem is a day in Oxford, known as the ‘City of Dreaming Spires’.
