Scone Palace & Aberfeldy
Standing proudly amidst beautiful parkland, Scone Palace is a listed historic house where Macbeth, Robert the Bruce and Charles II were all crowned. Explore the State Rooms where Queen Victoria was entertained en route to Balmoral and view the fine furniture and objects d’art including the needlework of Mary Queen of Scots.
Blair Castle & Gardens
Today we visit this magnificent castle, transformed over the centuries from bleak medieval beginnings to become a fine Georgian mansion and finally a Victorian castle in the baronial style.
Our half day scenic drive takes us along the banks of lovely Loch Tummel before returning to Pitlochry for free time.
