5 Day Coach Holiday
Lying just off the French coast, Jersey is a unique part of the British Isles offering a distinctive continental flavour, an unspoilt landscape and welcoming hospitality. Quaint winding streets, a beautiful coastline and history at every turn will captivate you, and our familiarisation tour will get your sightseeing off to a great start. Perched at the southern end of the island, the capital of St Helier is a vibrant town with a fascinating blend of British, French and Portuguese influences. Its paved, pedestrianised centre is home to sophisticated shops and Victorian street markets. Wander around one of the beautiful parks, watch the comings and goings at the harbour or take advantage of the lower taxes with some retail therapy. Hop on the bus to Jersey Lavender and amble through the sweet-scented gardens. Alternatively, head to Jersey Zoo – Gerald Durrell’s animal sanctuary where you can see some of the planet’s most endangered species.

Your Holiday Itinerary
Day One. We make our way to our overnight hotel in England.Day Two. After breakfast, we head to the Condor Fast Ferry Terminal for our sea crossing to Jersey, then check into the Runnymede Hotel for our six night stay.
Day Three. Look forward to an island familiarisation coach tour this morning, helping you get your bearings and treating you to sights such as Corbiere Lighthouse, St Brelade Bay, La Roque, Gorey Harbour and Greve de Lecq.
Day Four. Now you’ve got your bearings, enjoy a day at leisure to explore at your own pace. Jersey War Tunnels, Mont Orgueil Castle, Jersey Pearl and the island’s zoo are all top attractions.
Day Five. Our treat today is a guided tour of La Mare Wine Estate, located in the tranquil countryside of St Mary. This historic and traditional estate boasts extensive vineyards and orchards along with beautiful gardens and ancient buildings. Your behind the scenes guided tour will take you around the verdant vines, distillery, and the chocolate kitchen where local products are made such as Jersey Black Butter, fudge, biscuits and chocolate. Your guide will explain the methods used in the production of their wines, apple brandy and liqueurs then offer a guided tasting of their delicious creations. This popular attraction also has a visitor centre, shop and inviting café.
Days Six & Seven. Another two free days to relax, shop or explore.
Day Eight. We head to our fast ferry back to the mainland where we re-join our coach and travel to our overnight hotel in England.
Day Nine. After breakfast, we journey home.
