Hop aboard the cliff lift to get to the enchanting Old Village with its lovely thatched cottages and check out the programme of events at the bandstand. Stroll along the main shopping centre of Shanklin, one of largest retail areas on the Isle of Wight with various restaurants and cafés or perhaps treat yourself to a holiday momento from one of the gift shops.
