Situated off the south coast of England, the enchanting Isle of Wight has seafront promenades and golden sands with all the fun of the seaside as well as pretty parks, a sweeping coastline and quaint thatch-roofed villages. Our holiday is based at the lovely Ocean View Hotel in Shanklin, a charming Victorian town and popular resort set against a dramatic backdrop of sandstone cliffs. We include an Island Highlights tour featuring Godshill, Alum Bay and the famous Needles and on another day we visit the seaside resort of Sandown, sheltered in a beautiful bay and famed for its long stretches of golden sandy beach,traditional seafront and pier.
