7 Day Coach Holiday
Prepare to be enchanted as we explore Quedlinburg, with its fairytale houses before calling at the 12th century Cistercian Monastery Michaelstein. We embark on a narrow-gauge steam train trip, climbing to the summit of Mount Brocken before continuing to pretty as a picture Wernigerode. Here, we enjoy a guided tour of its old town along with entry to the storybook castle. Icing on the cake will be our guided tour of romantic Goslar, known as the heart of the Harz.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.

Your Holiday Itinerary
Day One. We journey to our overnight ferry to the continent, where we enjoy dinner, entertainment and breakfast on board.Day Two. We continue to the Ahorn Harz Hotel in the Harz Mountains and check in for four nights.
Day Three. We step into a fairytale at medieval Quedlinburg with its half-timbered houses and storybook churches. From here, we continue through the Harz Mountains to the well preserved Cistercian style Monastery Michaelstein Museum.
Day Four. We board a historic carriage for a trip on the Harz Narrow Gauge Steam Railway up to the summit of Mount Brocken, then onwards to idyllic Wernigerode for a guided tour of this Harz town, with entry to its majestic castle which is said to mysteriously change its appearance with the weather!
Day Five. A guided tour of gorgeous Goslar with its UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, is our treat today, followed by
free time.
Day Six. We head to our overnight ferry back to the UK, with dinner, entertainment and breakfast on board.
Day Seven. We make our way home after our enchanting break.

Overnight Ferry to Continent
Your holiday moves up a gear when you board your overnight ferry for your sailing to the continent. Drop your overnight bag in your cabin then explore the ship or unwind with an aperitif in one of the bars.
On Board Dining
All GLENTON continental holidays include dinner and breakfast onboard. Head to buffet restaurant where your waiter will show you to your table and take your order if you wish to purchase any drinks. Then you’re free to help yourself from the wide selection of tasty dishes from around the world. At breakfast, choose from continental or a fully cooked menu. Alternatively if you fancy treating yourself, why not upgrade to the à la carte restaurant and enjoy fine dining with full waiter service?
Entertainment
Make your way to the show lounge and enjoy live entertainment throughout the evening – or take your place on the dance floor for a wee boogie! Perhaps you’d like to catch a blockbuster movie at the cinema or try your luck at the casino.
Cabins
Your GLENTON continental holiday includes an air conditioned inside en suite cabin with bunk beds. However, you can upgrade to a cabin with level beds and/or sea view for a small supplement. Please ask your holiday advisor when booking.
