5 Day GOOD COMPANIONS Holiday
We visit St Albans, often referred to as England’s Hidden Gem. Here we explore the magnificent cathedral, which has the longest nave in Britain, medieval paintings and the shrine of Britain’s first saint. Afterwards, we move on to the city’s traditional street market. On another day, we discover Knebworth House, a sprawling mansion with gorgeous gardens that dates back to Tudor times with turrets, domes and impish gargoyles. Inside you’ll find portraits and lavish furnishings alongside a walk through 500 years of history. Our final treat is our award winning tour of the Warner Bros. Studio where you can walk in the footsteps of Harry Potter and discover the magic of filmmaking through stunning sets, original costumes and authentic props. We stay at the four star Aubrey Park Hotel, set in woodlands and featuring a furnished terrace and garden.
