This award winning attraction boasts miles of extravagant clipped box hedging, vibrant flowerbeds, manicured grounds and themed gardens, as well as the fascinating museum that brings Scotland’s agricultural past to life. Look forward to a visit to notorious nineteenth century Peterhead Prison where you can learn about its somber past as you walk through the halls, shower block and silent cell, experiencing the tension of the officers who worked here. Naturally, no tour of Aberdeenshire would be complete without a guided tour of Aberdeen City, learning about its colourful history and quirky characters.
