Your Holiday Itinerary
Day One. We settle in to our hotel before dinner and an evening of entertainment.Christmas Eve. After breakfast, we head to Aberdeen to enjoy the seasonal ambience, sightsee or perhaps some last minute Christmas shopping. We return to our hotel for dinner and the evening’s entertainment.
Christmas Day. Perhaps take a stroll after breakfast to work up an appetite for your gala Christmas lunch with all the trimmings. Afterwards, it’s Christmas cake with tea or coffee as you listen to the King’s Speech. Evening buffet and entertainment.
Boxing Day. We enjoy a half day scenic drive along the Banffshire coast taking in its rugged coastline, sandy beaches, golden sands and picturesque villages. We return to our hotel for time at leisure before dinner and entertainment.
Days Five - Eight. At leisure for relaxing and independent sightseeing with breakfast, dinner and entertainment.
Hogmanay. Breakfast. Day at leisure. After dinner we make our way to Stonehaven for the town’s pulsating fireball ceremony. This thrilling event sees the High Street lit up at midnight as
locals parade past, swinging fireballs above their heads to the accompaniment of pipes and drums. They make their way to the harbour where the fireballs are thrown into the sea then a firework
display welcomes a New Year!
New Year’s Day. Breakfast. Morning at leisure. In the afternoon, we enjoy a scenic drive to the fishing port of Fraserburgh for free time to explore. Farewell dinner and entertainment.
Day Eleven. Enjoy breakfast before we make our way home after our seasonal fun.

Britannia Waterside Hotel - Near Peterhead
This Britannia Hotel rests in its own extensive grounds on the banks of the River Ugie surrounded by delightful scenery. It has a traditional lounge bar and warm welcoming staff. The Waterside has a leisure club, featuring a sauna, a steam room and a spa pool, for access guests can purchase a daily pass from reception.
