WARNER LEISURE HOTELS
Introducing: the newest member of the Warner Leisure Hotels
A beautiful hotel curating more than 180 years of history, but utterly modern in outlook. It is the perfect setting for a short break, exploring and relaxing in rural Warwickshire.
Wednesday 20th November 2019 (3 Days) ~ ONLY: £279
Studley Castle is a Grade II* listed building set in 28 acres of countryside in Warwickshire. It is Warner’s 14th property and is their new landmark hotel.
Studley Castle was the vision of Francis Lyttleton Holyoake, high sheriff of Warwickshire, it was completed in 1836 and was designed by Samuel Beazley. It has since been an extraordinary family home, an Agricultural College for Women, a training camp for the Women’s Land Army during the first & second world wars, a conference centre and eventually a hotel. When the hotel closed in March 2016 Warner Leisure snapped it up and began an ambitious £50m renovation and development programme to restore it to its original grandeur. It still has its eye on the past but is very much a hotel of the here and now. Modern additions completed the original buildings, while ancient facades and features have been skillfully restored and blended with the new.
All of the bedrooms will be situated in the brand-new Studley wing and are classically elegant with contemporary bathrooms. They’re at the heart of the hotel, close to the restaurants and bars. They are equipped with mini-fridge and mineral water; fluffy bathrobes; hairdryer; TV; telephone; safe and tea/coffee making facilities.
Explore the Grounds:
Make the most of the outdoors around Studley Castle on foot. Join in as experts provide hands-on tuition with archery, crossbow and shooting experiences. Enjoy a moment of calm with a yoga or pilates class, spend a relaxed afternoon in the castle enjoying vintage board games, curl up in a quiet corner with a good book or even unwind in the Spa with a sauna & steam room and pool.
Please Note: A charge may apply for use of some facilities.
The Evesham Restaurant is the main venue for headlining acts and live music – it’s at the centre of the hotel and after dinner the lights will dim and the stage comes alive – as might the dancefloor.
Headlining during our break is Detroit Express with Paul Hazel, plus comedy from Jon Clegg.
Breakfasts & Evening Meals included.
