This magnificent Grade II listed castle forms a unique part of the North Wales landscape, with views stretching to the coastline. This dramatic castle is the setting for many of The National Portrait Gallery’s Victorian paintings. For something more active, you can try archery or tennis and, of course, enjoy strolling in the castle’s extensive parkland and gardens. The hotel offers a restaurant, bar, cabaret room, entertainment and Leisure Club with indoor heated swimming pool, plunge pool, sauna & steam room.
- We enjoy an excursion which takes us to Llandudno with its splendid promenade that gently curves the bay between the headlands of the Great Orme and Little Orme. With its unique combination of Victorian character and Edwardian elegance Llandudno remains unspoiled by the passing of time.
- An excursion which takes us to the pretty town of Llangollen. Once home to Welsh princes and influential abbots, this historic “Gateway to Wales” makes the most of its riverside setting in the narrowest stretch of the Dee Valley.
- A day at leisure to enjoy the facilites of the hotel.
