We enjoy the short journey to Windsor where we have free time to explore. Crowned by the stunning Windsor Castle, the Royal Borough has a rich mix of history, culture, heritage and fun.  During the afternoon we enjoy a 2-hour river cruise.  Leaving Windsor Promenade we enjoy a relaxing cruise on the Thames and enjoy excellent views of Windsor Castle and Eton College. After passing Windsor Racecourse the boat passes through Boveney Lock before eventually turning and making its way back to Windsor Promenade.

We make our way to the vibrant Georgian market town of Marlow, made up of historic streets with an abundance of independent shops, restaurants, cafes & bistro’s. The town’s most famous landmark is the suspension bridge which spans the River Thames.  In the afternoon we continue to Henley-on-Thames, a beautiful 13th century market town.  Henley enjoys a wonderful stretch of the river and is internationally renowned for its sporting events and festivals.

We enjoy the journey to Kingston-upon-Thames, a medieval market town, steeped in history & heritage and set on the banks of the River Thames.  Following a short time here we continue to the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, London’s largest UNESCO World Heritage Site, for our included visit, where we spend the rest of the day.  Discover the tropical glasshouses, the giant water lily pools and lake or even take a mindful moment in the tranquil Japanese Gardens
