We enjoy a scenic journey as we make our way to Glenfinnan where we make a stop at the Visitor Centre. Discover the story of Bonnie Prince Charlie and the 1745 Jacobite Rising. Following a short time here we continue to the bustling & thriving port of Mallaig. Here we have chance to explore before returning to the hotel.
A full day as we head towards Dornie and on to Eilean Donan Castle Visitor Centre. Eilean Donan is recognised as one of the most iconic images of Scotland and situated on an island where three great lochs meet. There are great views of the castle from the Visitor Centre (admission to the castle is not included as there are approx. 100 steps inside – for those wishing to visit the castle the cost is approx. £10.00 per person). Following this visit we make our way to Fort Augustus, where we join our boat for a 50-minute cruise on Loch Ness. Take in the breath-taking vista of Loch Ness in all its natural wonder and experience the sights, wildlife and history of the famous loch. Following our cruise we return to the hotel.Back to top
