This tour takes us to the North East to enjoy the Great North Steam Fair at Beamish Living Museum of the North. We also enjoy some time at leisure in Newcastle where the famous Sunday Quayside Market is in full swing.

- Saturday: The highlight of our tour is a visit to Beamish Museum for the incredibly popular Great North Steam Fair. See an amazing array of pre-1930 steam and motor transport – from locomotives, traction engines and steam rollers to fire engines, cars and motorbikes – in action across the museum. While here the day is at leisure to explore the whole of the museum and enjoy the unique sights of steam transport!
- Sunday: Following a leisurely breakfast the day is at leisure to explore Newcastle and its famous Sunday Quayside Market. Browse around the stalls for that elusive bargain, relax in a quayside pub, wander into the city centre or visit one of the many museums or galleries.

A modern hotel set in quiet grounds just outside the city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
