Depart South Wales in the morning, travelling to Eastbourne and the Hadleigh Hotel. On arrival afternoon teas will be served. The fun starts straight away with a welcoming game of bingo. At 5.30pm meet for a sherry reception (dressed for dinner). Enjoy traditional Christmas carols performed by the "Eastbourne Choral Singers". Dinner will be served at 6.30pm in the restaurant followed by a table quiz and our evening entertainment.
Christmas Eve - After breakfast, we have a half day excursion to Brighton, before returning to the hotel for lunch at 1pm. Fun and games begin in the lounge from 3pm this afternoon for all to enjoy. Afternoon tea is served in the lounge at 4.00pm - why not guess the weight of Christmas cake?! The bar is open from 5.30pm, maybe enjoy a aperitif or two before dinner?! Your Christmas Eve Dinner is served at 6.30pm followed by a festive game of bingo & tonight's entertainment.
Christmas Day - 'Merry Christmas Everyone'! Enjoy your Christmas day breakfast, why not take a stroll along the seafront and join the traditional Christmas celebrations at the Bandstand at 10.45am (Free of Entry). At 12.30pm join old friends & new a pre-dinner glass of bubbly followed by a traditional Christmas Day lunch. The Queens speech will be shown at 3pm followed by bingo. Join us for afternoon tea and Christmas cake at 4pm. The bar is open from 5.30pm for your favourite Christmas Tipple! Dinner is then served at 6.30pm followed by tonight's entertainment in include tonight's competitions and prizes.
Boxing Day - After breakfast, we have a half day excursion to Hastings, or you can stroll along the prom to the bandstand for more dancing and Merry Making before returning to the hotel for a Boxing Day lunch at 1pm. Fun and games will be held in the lounge followed by afternoon tea. Join us at 5.30pm in the lounge for a drink or two before tonight's grand finale dinner, tonight's theme is "Country & Western", join us in all your finery. Games, music and dancing will be held at 9pm followed by special prizes for the best of tonight's fancy dress.
We depart after breakfast and complete the journey home, arriving back in South Wales late afternoon.
