Black Forest - Germany
Black Forest is home to fairy tales and chocolate cake. Picturesque villages dot the hilly countryside in this extensive nature preserve, an area of exquisite natural beauty with its spruce and fir-covered mountains, gentle valleys, lush green meadows and spectacular gorges. A region known for its three distinctive features, timber farmhouses, Black Forest Gateaux and the traditional cuckoo-clock.
