This special five day holiday visits both cities and also one of the ten Treasure Houses of England - Woburn Abbey, the historic home of the Dukes of Bedford for almost 400 years. It is not just the antique furniture, history and art in the Abbey that is an attraction; enjoy 22-acres of inspirational informal gardens, see 9 species of deer in the 3000 acre park.

Day One
We travel to our hotel enjoying our lunch stop and some free time in the delightful town of Stratford Upon Avon.

Day Two
A day in Cambridge - see the beautiful architecture of the University colleges which dominate the centre with atmospheric cobbled courts, chapels, gardens and bridges or relax in one of the many pubs, restaurants and cafes or take a stroll or maybe a Punt along the river.

Day Three
Today we make the short journey to Woburn for a full day exploring the beautiful grounds and the Abbey itself. Your entrance tickets includes the chance to view the Historic Abbey, where the tradition of taking afternoon is said to have been started by Duchess Anna Maria in the 1840's, and take a stroll through the stunning Gardens and view the amazing deer park.

Day Four
The City of Dreaming Spires' - Oxford is our destination today, famous the world over for its university, stunning architecture and it's place in the history of education. The whole place has a buzz and a vibrant atmosphere, whether you choose to take one of the many walking tours of the city, join an open top bus ride or relax along the river, there is plenty to keep you busy in Oxford

Day Five
We head for Lichfield. where your driver will arrange for you to be either dropped in the centre or you may wish to visit the National Memorial Arboretum just outside Lichfield. We return back to the North West for approx. 4.30pm.
