We're off to the popular Tinto Hotel in the Scottish Borders for a special Turkey & Tinsel Holiday that also includes visits to the fabulous Christmas Markets in both Edinburgh & Glasgow. Excursion 1
Into Edinburgh today to sample their excellent Christmas Market which takes place in Princes Street Gardens in the shadow of the mighty Castle and right by the Shops of Princes Street. Holyrood House the Kings Official Scotland Residence is also a delight as it is dressed for the festive season, as it Royal Yacht Britannia, moored at its permanent dock in nearby Leith.
Excursion 2
Today we head into Glasgow for more shopping or sightseeing, Glasgow Loves Christmas and their festivities take place around the Enoch Centre and George Square with shops, Christmas Market, entertainment and more.
Excursion 3
A scenic excursion today exploring the Scottish Borders. We'll visit Peebles & Melrose and have a final stop in lovely Biggar on our hotels doorstep.
