Marine Hotel O O O

The Marine is always a popular choice and once you've been you'll want to return. Set in a level position opposite the seafront and offering wonderful views from the conservatory over the Palace gardens and seafront. The bright and airy rooms offer TV, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer and entertainment takes place on most evenings. The hotel does have a lift however some steps will need to be negotiated

Included Excursions

Excursion 1 : We head to the Naval City of Plymouth and on arrival we join a wonderful Harbour Cruise, Discover Plymouth's stunning coastline views and learn about its history, your skipper provides an informative live commentary, as we sail across Plymouth Sound, flanked by the beautiful Devon and Cornish coasts. Take in spectacular views of Plymouth Hoe and famous Drakes Island, heading for the Royal Naval Dockyard, where the mighty warships and submarines await. Following our cruise free time is given to visit the fascinating Hoe.

Excursion 2 : Bustling Brixham on Torbays coast is our destination today, the busy harbour is still one of the busiest fishing ports in the UK and all around there are tales of pirates and smugglers, there's even a replica of St Francis Drakes Golden Hind.

Excursion 3: Wednesday is market day in Newton Abbott so off we go to grab a bargain, before continuing to one of Devon's oldest resorts - Teignmouth, another town steeped in maritime history with a traditional Victorian Pier, stunning Georgian buildings and busy harbour
