A treat for all - but especially the Mums & Grandmas - we enjoy a lovely scenic drive into the Peak District and enjoy free time in lovely Buxton before heading to the stunning Pavillion Gardens where afternoon tea is included in the restaurant. The Pavilion Gardens is a Grade II listed historic venue which superbly shows off the Victorian splendour of Buxton. Situated in the heart of the spa town it is a beautiful example of the heritage that runs throughout the town. A venue that is truly a place for all the family to visit. There's 23 acres of gardens to explore with a boating lake, miniature train, play areas, fountains and wildlife to see, The main building offers a botanical garden with a fishpond, flower shop, retail area, art gallery and cinema. Afternoon Tea overlooking the Gardens is truly a experience to behold with homemade scones, cakes and freshly prepared sandwiches.
