What a truly fabulous Irish Holiday we have here for you, spanning from the East Coast to the West Coast and plenty of Craicing treats in-between you're sure to have a Grand old time exploring Southern Ireland. Our base in the East is the popular town of Enniscorthy which gives us the opportunity to experience the truly unique hospitality at Malzard's for an Irish day like no other, we will also head for the historic port town of Waterford and medieval Kilkenny. Then, we head West to aptly named Westport where we stay right in the heart of town. There's another amazing Irish experience too as we head across to Clare Island and hear all about the legendary Pirate Queen Grace O'Malley and enjoy the scenery of the Wild Atlantic Way.

Day One
Early morning home picks as we head for the morning ferry from Holyhead to Dublin - onward then to our hotel in Enniscorthy where we spend the next 3 nights

Day Two
We enjoy a real Welcome to Ireland as we head for our Malzard's Pub Experience. We can't speak highly enough of this wonderful experience, we'll hear the history of the pub and village, enjoy musical entertainment, a light lunch, learn all about the sport of Hurling and how to pour the perfect pint of Guinness and we will be sent on our way with a traditional farewell speech. This afternoon we will enjoy a few hours in medieval Kilkenny before returning back to Enniscorthy

Day Three
It's Waterford today and you'll have free time to explore Ireland's oldest City. Enjoy a wander along the Quayside, head for the Viking Triangle or maybe visit Waterford Crystal, there's plenty to keep you busy

Day Four
Heading South East to North West today, how many colours of green we will see as we journey through the heartlands of this lovely Country. We'll make our lunchstop in Athlone in the very heart of Ireland on the Banks of the River Shannon.

Day Five
Taking advantage of our hotels excellent location in the centre of Westport, we enjoy a free day today.

Day Six
Another fabulous Irish Adventure today as we head to Roonagh Quay and join a 15 minute boat trip over to Clare Island. Famous as the ancestral home of the legendary Pirate Queen Grace O'Malley (Granuaile), whilst Clare Island is only 5 miles by 3 miles - this tiny Island is rich in history and culture. On arrival we meet our guide and enjoy a heritage talk before heading to Granuaile's Castle, enjoy a little free time around the picturesque harbour and beach before heading to Sailor's Bar for a soup & sandwich lunch. Leaving the Island early afternoon we head for Achill Island and spend free time in Keel before enjoying the scenery of the Wild Atlantic Way as we head back to Westport via the Road Bridge

Day Seven
Heading South today for a beautiful scenic drive through into the Connemara National Park, we'll have a visit to Clifden, the largest town in Connemara. This picturesque market town is nestled between the Twelve Bens mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, at the mouth of Clifden Bay

Day Eight
It's time for home and we head to Dublin for the afternoon ferry back to Holyhead and back to the North West for around 9pm.
