Excursion 1
Today we head to quite possibly the loveliest Castle in the World. Leeds Castle. With a history spanning 900 year the castle is set on two islands on the River Len with lavish interiors, craft café, shops, falconry & maze. This afternoon we visit Rochester with its stunning Cathedral, Castle and historic links to writer Charles Dickens
Excursion 2
We head for the ‘Jewel of the Weald’ today – Tenterden, a fascinating town with Georgian buildings sharing the streets with tall Victorian houses and tiny cottages creating a timeless air. We’ll have time to explore this delightful town before joining our afternoon Steam Train journey through the glorious Weald of Kent and East Sussex.
Excursion 3
No visit to Kent is complete without a visit to medieval Canterbury with medieval buildings and the famous Cathedral is England’s oldest. Spend the day exploring at your own pace
