The stunning Lake District National Park offers a visual feast throughout the year, whether it be the snow covered mountains of Winter, the blooming daffodils in spring, the amazing greenery of the summer months, or and quite possibly the best time, the vibrant reds, coppers and oranges of Autumn. And this is when we visit as the leaves are turning and falling, the sun is getting low and setting a magnificent glow across the valleys and sparkling lakes offering amazing reflections
that seem out of this World.

PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.
Day One:
We travel to Haverthwaite to join the Steam Railway for a nostalgic journey to Lakeside on the shores of Windermere, here we board a Windermere Lake Cruise which takes us to Bowness and enjoys the spectacular scenery as we travel. On Arrival into Bowness we enjoy some free time before continuing on to our hotel via the stunning scenery of the A6.
Day Two:
We enjoy a stunning tour around the Yorkshire Dales today, our first stop is the lovely town of Appleby, we then travel through Brough and Kirkby Stephen and continuing on to Hawes where we enjoy a stop to visit this lovely market town, amazing scenery awaits today.
Day Three:
Heading further North today we visit England’s most northerly City –Carlisle offering over 900 years of history there’s plenty to explore. Head for the medieval castle or the stunning cathedral, one of the many museums or simply wander the historic streets and browse the shops.
Day Four:
It's the Northern lakes today, we will see Ullswater, Derwent Water, Bassenthwaite and enjoy a stop off in the popular town of Keswick.
Day Five:
Heading back into the Southern Lakes today we start our day with a visit to Ambleside at the Northern tip of Lake Windermere, we then visit Grasmere and return home via Hawkeshead, Coniston and Newby Bridge. A spectacular scenic drive to end our wonderful Autumn holiday.
