We arrive to settle in before dinner, but before we tuck in to our Guinness themed dinner allow a local story teller to tell you about the area. Following dinner, learn how to pull the perfect pint of the black stuff before enjoying live musical entertainment from Seanchi Folk band
Today we head for Kilkenny, one of Ireland's most cosmopolitan cities and the famous Medieval Mile is where history meets the here and now. Stepping through the centuries, you'll see historic buildings, streets and slipways. Before dinner this evening enjoy a cooking demonstration and see how to make the perfect Jameson's Soda Bread and you've guessed it tonight's dinner theme will be Jameson's which is followed by live music from the Whiskey in the Jar Band

This afternoon we visit lovely Waterford, spend time exploring the town and we have also included entrance and a tour of the House of Waterford Crystal, where you can see how this World Famous Crystal s made and see the largest selection of Waterford Crystal in the World. Gent's you may want to forget your wallet today!! Our final evening at Treacys has a local produce themed menu and live entertainment follows dinner
Back to Dublin for the ferry and then onward to Holyhead and back home
