Littlecote House, set in 113 acres of gardens and rolling parkland, is located near Hungerford in the Royal county of Berkshire. This Grade 1 listed Tudor Manor is bursting with history having played host to Romans, a Civil War army and the planning of the D-Day landings. There's plenty to try here, from archery and tennis, to snooker and swimming. Head to the fabulous Late Lounge to enjoy live music and entertainment or relax in the sauna, bubble pool and Salon Spa.

Lacock Abbey, Fox Talbot Museum & Village
On arrival in Lacock village and you could be forgiven for thinking you've just entered the scene of a recent wizard battle or turned up to meet Mr Darcy for a dance at the assembly rooms! The village is famous for its picturesque streets, historic buildings, and more recently, as a TV and film location. The village's most famous appearances include 'Downton Abbey', BBC's 'Pride and Prejudice' and 'Cranford' and the films 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' and 'Wolfman'.
Lacock Abbey, located at the heart of the village within its own woodland grounds, is a quirky country house of various architectural styles, built upon the foundations of a former nunnery. Experience the atmosphere of the medieval rooms and cloister court, giving a sense of the Abbey's monastic past. Discover the important contributions to photography by former Lacock resident, Henry Fox Talbot, in the Fox Talbot Museum. It's the perfect place to spend a whole day. Entrance included.

Join our optional excursion to Salisbury, home to the tallest cathedral spire in England. Wander the streets and admire the architecture, from the medieval walls to half-timbered Tudor buildings and Georgian town houses.

Built in the mid-1500s, this beautiful Grade I listed Tudor manor has a truly unique story.
History is literally on your doorstep: the stunning location has played host to occupying Romans, a Tudor tryst and even a Civil War army! The grounds contain an ornate Roman mosaic floor and settlement remains, England’s last remaining Cromwellian Chapel, in a private house is also here, and the property offers many more historical jewels for you to explore at your leisure.
