REVISED INCLUDED EXCURSION FOR 2027 Lakeside Coastal Village has a traditional holiday atmosphere which strikes you the moment you arrive. Set on Hayling Island, it is a fun-filled, cosy chalet village resort with views over the Solent and the beach right on the doorstep - the perfect destination for a refreshing getaway! The bright central courtyard plays host to live music and offers a relaxed and sociable ambiance, in the heart of the resort. Just a short walk from the resort's very own shimmering lake, you'll find the sparkling waters of the Chichester Harbour National Landscape AONB, which remains relatively undeveloped and a haven for wildlife. There is a huge choice of activities and entertainment and there is an included excursion to England's favourite 'City by the Sea', Portsmouth, with included entrance to the magnificent Spinnaker Tower.

Portsmouth is the Great Waterfront City - packed with world-class attractions, fabulous shopping and centuries of history. Spend time at leisure to perhaps stroll around Old Portsmouth and explore the cobbled streets and narrow lanes where press gangs plied their sinister trade. Or enjoy some retail therapy at the impressive Gunwharf Quays with over 90 premium designer outlets and 30 cosmopolitan bars and restaurants before an included entrance up the iconic Spinnaker Tower. Experience the 'wow' of miles of spectacular views across the Solent from the 100m high viewing deck (complete with the amazing glass Sky Walk - if you dare!) as well as the open-air Sky Deck at 110m

Bognor Regis
Beautiful Bognor Regis has long been one of the UK's favourite (and one of the sunniest!) coastal towns and regularly tops the UK charts for the most sunshine hours in a year! With some of the finest beaches in Britain (and winner of the coveted European Blue Flag Award), Bognor Regis is a fantastic place to visit. This classic seaside resort has four miles of promenade with the main beach located right by the centre of town and to the east of the Victorian pier.
Return Day - Enjoy a delicious breakfast to set you up for your journey back to interchange and onward to your hometowns.

Lakeside is a traditional holiday village resort offering over 220 chalet bedrooms set over 32 acres.
Resort facilities, chalets & lodges, the 'village green', sports hall, cinema room, indoor pool, cabaret & leisure lounge, fishing lake, woodland oasis and the sea itself are all within a short distance of each other.
Chalet bedrooms are bright and modern with WiFi, tea / coffee making facilities, hairdryer, in-room safe and iron / ironing board as standard. The Woodpecker and Robin blocks have peaceful locations by the lake. Flamingo overlooks the village green and outdoor barbecue and bar area with the rooms at the rear enjoying views of Chichester Harbour. Jay is close to the archery and rifle shooting range, pitch and putt and putting green. Starling rooms 6-10 and 16-20 are in the woodland area, very peaceful with lots of wildlife to observe. Flamingo and Peacock are two-storey blocks and have 12 concrete steps to climb.
Activities include aqua aerobics, bowls, darts, fitness classes, boules, Pitch + Putt, skittles, quizzes and table tennis. Some activities such as archery, rifle shooting and gin tasting incur an additional charge (and subject to availability).
All Warner Leisure Hotel sites are now cashless. Warner does not include tea/coffee after dinner. Please also note rooms are serviced every other day - should you require more tea & coffee please ask reception
