Day 1 - After joining your holiday coach, enjoy a scenic drive to Cricket St Thomas to arrive late afternoon. Enjoy 4 nights with breakfast & dinner included.

Days 2 - 4  - At leisure with one included excursion & one optional excursion


Montacute House, Montacute Somerset

A masterpiece of Elizabethan Renaissance architecture and design, with towering walls of glass, glowing ham stone and surrounding garden. Montacute House is one of the few Elizabethan houses in England to still have its compartmentalised garden. From the impressive ‘wibbly wobbly’ hedges by the Cedar Lawn, to the tropical interior of the Orangery, each area offers something different for you to explore and enjoy, no matter what the season. Shop, café & bookshop. Entry to house & garden included. Time permitting a brief look at Yeovil before returning to the hotel.

Cricket St Thomas Historic Hotel Adult Only

The scene of much of the famous TV comedy, To The Manor Born, Cricket St. Thomas was also frequently visited by Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton. This classic country house is set in splendid parkland, with colourful gardens, lakes, and a unique woodland area. The hotel provides extensive entertainment, including nightly live performances, and excellent dining.
