Itinerary

Your Itinerary

Day 1 -  After joining your holiday coach, enjoy a scenic drive to Corton Coastal Village, arriving late afternoon. Breakfast & dinner included.

Days 2 - 4   At leisure with 1 included excursion & 1 optional excursion

Entertainment theme - Rock n Roll Festival with 7 live acts across your break.

INCLUDED EXCURSION:

Cromer & Great Yarmouth
Cromer, perched on the very edge of the north Norfolk coast, is famous for its tasty crabs, wide open beaches, a traditional pier complete with a theatre providing seaside special variety shows and is awash with small local independent shops. As you would expect of a seaside town rich in its fishing heritage, it has a lighthouse and a proud tradition of RNLI service. Heading off after lunch time back down the coast with a stop in Great Yarmouth,  famous as a family holiday destination since Victorian times, bursting with fun things to do, activities for all, shows and attractions stretching along the fabled Golden Mile and the huge expanse of pristine beach. Discover the town's rich maritime history.

OPTIONAL EXCURSION:

Aldburgh & Southwold - £12pp

We head to Aldeburgh today for peeks at this neat little seaside resort and shingle beach. Aldeburgh is a pretty coastal town on the river Alde and enjoys breathtaking views both seawards and following the river Alde inland towards Orford. Its name comes from 'Alde Burgh' meaning "old fort" and the town's history is closely linked to the changes time and Mother Nature have wrought to the coastal map. Today Aldeburgh is famous for many things - good food, great fish & chips, Aldeburgh Music, Maggi Hamblings' Scallop on the beach, as well as a vibrant art and music scene. There are several Art Galleries in the town including one from Caroline Wiseman based in the iconic South Lookout.

Afterwards head to Southwold, where the town offers much of interest, but it is the sea and Southwold's links with it that make this a wonderful destination at any time of the year. Come and sample the Southwold sea air! All the attractions of the working lighthouse, beach huts, award-winning pier, Adnams Brewery, busy harbour, cliff top cannon and of course the beach, combine to make Southwold a quintessentially English resort town.

Day 5 - After breakfast your homeward journey commences and with ample refreshment stops on the way you will arrive back in your local towns mid evening.
