York
A break to Yorkshire wouldn't be complete without visiting the spiritual capital of the North. Medieval York is a beautiful compact riverside city famous for its Roman, Viking and Medieval heritage dating back 2000 years. Within the ancient walls and twisting atmospheric streets you will find an array of sights to discover; like the iconic York Minster, Jorvik Viking Centre and a host of museums, shops, charming tea rooms and traditional pubs.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION
Yorkshire Dales National Park
This excursion features the magnificent and picturesque scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. We travel via Settle and Horton in Ribblesdale to Hawes in Wensleydale, stopping en route at the Wensleydale Creamery. After free time to visit the museum (entrance not included) and the coffee shop, our journey continues to Wharfedale before returning to the hotel.

Nidd Hall is set in 45 acres with award winning gardens.
