Your Itinerary

Day 1 After joining your holiday coach, heading to the South Devon coast with suitable refreshment stops en-route to arrive in Paignton late afternoon. A welcome cuppa and a mince pie awaits you. Check in for your 3-night stay with entertainment each evening DBB

Day 2 - 3  At leisure in Paignton with 2 included excursions 
Pretty Paignton, one of the brightest jewels in the English Riviera’s crown, is famous for its long, sandy beaches and a colourful pier, popular with visitors as it provides a unique chance to stretch the legs, grab some fresh sea air, relax and take in unrivalled views of Torquay to the north and Brixham to the south.

Saturday - Totnes & Brixham
Dating back to 907 AD, Totnes is an historic market town surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful countryside. Sitting in the heart of South Devon on the banks of the River Dart, this unique town has an international reputation for its lively and diverse community and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy some time to explore this charming town in the shadow of the impressive Totnes Castle before returning to the coast for a stop in delightful Brixham. This resort is primarily a fishing port within Torbay and has a long and rich history. In the lee of Berry Head, famous for its Napoleonic connections, its lighthouse and magnificent limestone cliffs, Brixham remains a popular resort with a rich maritime history and stunningly beautiful harbourside. Head back to the hotel later this afternoon for tea / coffee and a festive treat in the Sun Lounge. Dinner this evening is a traditional Christmas menu with all the trimmings and a little gift left by Santa

Sunday - Torquay & Winter Cruise
Head along the coast to popular Torquay on the magnificent 'English Riviera' with its palm-lined seafront and russet-red cliffs - perfect for a winter promenade. Torquay Museum (open Sunday 10.00 - 16.00 - entrance approx. £10 pp in 2025), full of local history and artefacts with a gallery dedicated to Agatha Christie, the 'Queen of Crime' born in Torquay in 1890. 

In the afternoon, join a 'winter cruise' on a snug heated boat with an included mulled wine and mince pie. Travel along the tranquil sheltered waters of the River Exe which is home to a wide range of wildlife and migrating birds - the perfect setting for a winter cruise! The festively decorated boat has a covered and heated lower deck, with cosy blankets, plenty of fresh air and great views on the upper outside deck.

Enjoy a glass of sparkling Cassis in the bar before dinner this evening, followed by a night of live entertainment

Day 4 - Breakfast, check out and head for home with lots of happy memories. There will be a refreshment stop before reaching interchange.
