Your Itinerary

Day 1 - From your chosen joining point your feeder vehicle will take you to the designated interchange point where your holiday begins. After joining your holiday coach, travel north with suitable stops for lunch and refreshments. Arrive at your selected hotel to check in for your 4-night stay with welcome tea / coffee on arrival. Dinner, bed & breakfast.

Day 2 - 4 - At leisure with three included excursions.

CHESHIRE - Lyme House & Park
Enjoy a visit to Lyme House and Gardens, the film location for 'Pemberley' in the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice starring Colin Firth, which has made it one of the most famous country house images in England. Right on the edge of the Peak District and nestling within sweeping moorland, step back in time to the Regency era at Lyme Park, a magnificent 1,400 acre estate with lavish interiors, elegant Rose Garden and wonderful deer park.

OPTIONAL EXCURSION - After your visit to Lyme House either return to the hotel to relax and enjoy the excellent facilities or take a stroll in the grounds. Alternatively join the optional afternoon visit to lovely Buxton, 'capital' of the Peak District with its natural springs, Georgian architecture, charming arcades and classic Pavilion Gardens. (Cost £10 pp)

DERBYSHIRE - Chatsworth House & Gardens
Glorious Chatsworth House, the lavish stately home with its noted art and furniture collection, stands on the east bank of the River Derwent and is set in extensive parkland. The seat of the Duke of Devonshire, it has been home to the Cavendish family since 1549 and is one of the UK's favourite country houses. Entrance to the house and gardens is included. Head back to the hotel with a stop in the pretty market town of Bakewell, famous for its traditional tart

STAFFORDSHIRE - World of Wedgwood & Trentham Gardens
Off to the World of Wedgewood with its interactive visitor centre which celebrates the very best of British craftsmanship. Take a tour of the factory and visit the museum and flagship factory outlet store. Continue just down the road to the Trentham Estate, featuring lakeside walks, whimsical fairies (painstakingly created from galvanised and stainless steel wire) and splendid Italian Gardens.

Day 5 - After a leisurely breakfast, head back south to interchange with comfort stops en-route.
