Tenby is a beautiful holiday destination that attracts returning holidaymakers year after year. The winding streets and picturesque harbour are adorned with brightly coloured houses which add to the charm of this lovely seaside resort. Tenby enjoys a wonderful location, sitting on a headland with beaches either side or the main part of the town is encircled by its Norman-built walls. The old fashioned narrow cobbled streets are filled interesting shops, quaint cafes, ice cream parlours and cosy pubs.

Your Itinerary

Day 1 – Travel to your holiday destination on the South Wales coast for 4 or 6 nights. Dinner, bed and breakfast.

Day 2- 4 (or 6) - At leisure with 2 included excursions.

 

INCLUDED EXCURIONS

Gower Peninsula, Rhossili & Mumbles

A guided tour of the Gower Peninsula, the prettiest part of South Wales, stopping in the village of Rhossili at the end of the Peninsula and Mumbles with magnificent views over the Bristol Channel.

 

Haverfordwest, Solva & St David's 

Drive to Haverfordwest and the coastal road known as 'Seventeen Hills in Sixteen Miles', passing the quaint village of Solva. Then continue to St David's, Britain's smallest cathedral city, although it is little more than a sleepy village. NB the Llys Y Fran Reservoir is closed for the whole of 2018 due to redevelopment.

 

OPTIONAL EXCURSION

Pembroke Coast & Saundersfoot (7 Days only)

Full day scenic tour of the South Pembroke coast with stops at Laugharne and the charming resort of Saundersfoot, a small seaside resort designated as a conservation area by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in 1995.

 

LAST DAY - After breakfast return to your home towns arriving early evening.
