St Ives (All Tours)
St Ives is a the dazzling jewel in Cornwall's crown - a picturesque fishing harbour and seaside town, a haven for artists, holidaymakers and anyone who appreciates just how breathtaking England's coast can be. Boasting gorgeous sandy beaches, delightful fishermen's cottages, cobbled streets and an array of wonderfully enticing boutique and independent shops, visitors are sure to enjoy exploring this pretty Cornish port. Once a busy pilchard harbour, St Ives later became the centre of Cornwall's arts scene in the 1920s and '30s, when luminary figures such as Barbara Hepworth arrived in search of artistic freedom. St Ives still retains its artistic connections with numerous galleries including the renowned Tate St Ives.

Only 28 miles west of the mainland, the Isles of Scilly feel like a different world - azure seas, white sand beaches, sub-tropical gardens and one of the warmest climates in the UK. Encompassing an area of less than 2.5 square miles St Mary's has an intimate atmosphere that exudes small island life. Elegant Truro is Cornwall's only city - a great little city with an impressive Gothic Cathedral which was only completed in 1910, making it the first cathedral built in England since St Paul's. Inside, the vast nave contains some fine Victorian stained glass.
