Bicton Park is one of Britain's most beautiful historic gardens and combines 18th century tranquility with modern facilities all year round on 63 acres of Grade 1 listed gardens and parkland. Its centrepiece is the formal Italian Garden with its fountains, lake, flowerbeds and ornamental trees. Other special areas include the American Garden, Stream Garden and Rose Garden as well as the historic Palm House and 19th century glasshouses. Enjoy an included cream tea. You may like to take a 25-minute trip on the Bicton Woodland Railway, a great way to view the parkland (tickets can be purchased on the day upon arrival for a small additional fee - £4 pp in 2024).
